Restless- stressed

I am mentally stressed all the time. Occupied with something. Life is good but I still feel restless when I'm free on weekends. When at work I long for a weekend and on weekend I'm stressing about work, cannot involve myself with family. Feel disconnected, disoriented and restless only thinking and planning about work. Help

Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help here. What you are going through is a stress originated due to work life balance issues . Due to our quick progression in life, lifestyle, financial stability, relationships etc we reach a boredom in life very soon. You may be  thinking about various other options to keep yourself busy, but never able to execute anything concrete. This would obviously causing further stress and restlessness . Be positive.
