Hi Team, We went for a pre-diabetics test for my mother. Please suggest what precautions she has to take care of. So it will not convert to diabetics. We almost stopped not taking sugar or sugar content products. Suggest if any Attached old and new reports

Hi., I can understand your concern. Try to avoid rice made items. Take fibre and protein rich diet. Regular walking and yoga. Enough sleep.

It is pre diabetes. Brisk walk 30 minutes per day. Diabetic diet. With adequate exercise and diet. It is reversible.
