Reports are normal then what it can be
Hii All this is 34 years Male very dipressed, on 26th Nov 2022 1st time i had a needle type chest pain which passed away after few minutes but I was worried and i went to Cardiologist he ran 2DEch, 2 times ECG, Chest Xray, Many blood test including LIPID PROFILE all reports are normal excluding Lipid Profile for that he gave me medicine I took it for 2 months and again he ran Lipid Profile Test my cholesterol was in control, i was beta blocker concor cor 1.25mg but still sometime I use to have same pain then I consulted another cardiologist he checked all the reports and he said the same thing all reports are normal nothing to worry he gave me Anixety Pill which I am taking from last 20 days feel little better then before but once in a day i sometimes feel needle type chest pain and sometimes tightness for few minutes or hour. It is really hampering my daily activities please suggest what it can be and what shld i do to get complete relief from it as i am totally fraustated . plz reply

First thing, it's not a heart attack. Don't panic.
Also it could be gastritis and musculoskeletal pain. If you lifestyle is sedentary , then start with some stretching exercises.

This is 100% non cardiac cause, it is most likely due to muscular/vitamin deficiency.
You can take supplements accordingly.
Remember one thing, pricking type of pain, needling pain, chest pain on pressing particular point is nothing related to cardiac/chest issue.
Whenever you will go either with cardiologist or cardiac surgeon or gastroenterologist, but it is normal only
Meanwhile you can continue with your lipid medication and others

Please ask this question to the doctor who advised these tests, did these tests, and gave his interpretation about the result of the tests. He is in a better position to answer your questions. You are wasting your time looking for an answer on Practo because you will not trust the doctor (as you have done to TWO Cardiologists).
