Report Review

Hello, I have been trying to lose weight for a long time now. I eat mostly in deficit (even on weekends). I walk around 8-9k steps every day. I do strength training 3 times a week (not intense but basic ones). Why am I not losing even a single kg? I thought I was underestimating my calories. So now i use a calorie counter and have a weighing scale for whatever I eat (just to check if I was overeating without knowing). But I eat well. A year back my hba1c was 5.7. I thought insulin resistance was the cause. So I worked on my diet and exercise and now it's 5.3. Now I heard somewhere that high hs crp levels can hinder weight loss. I got myself tested. Please look at the report and tell me if it indeed is the cause. And what can I do. My diet consists of nuts and seeds (1 tbsp), veggies, spinach, chicken (mostly cooked without oil and sometimes with very little oil), rice ( 1 cup cooked), dal, roti (2), curd, fruits (only 1), paneer (max 2 twice week), green tea, 2 eggs daily, no sugar.

Hi, Have gone through your reports as well your history. Your diet seems quiet healthy, however we need to monitor other parameters as well- especially your exercise intensity as well as more customised diet plan that will reduce your weight. You can book an appointment for the same.

Hi Looks like you are trying many things but not losing weight like you want. Have you also tested for thyroid levels. Yes, there is some sort of inflammation, but that alone won’t hinder weight loss. It’s great that you have reduced your HbA1C. You may not be eating sufficiently in line with your training. Please talk to your doctor and get started on a Vitamin D supplement. Do you experience any kind of hormonal fluctuations?
