Hi, As a routine body check I found that there are high levels of high sensitivity c reactive protein which shows 18.81 with the reference range being >3. My b12 range is normal. Vitamin D is at 20 However low levels of iron (36), % transferin saturations at 10.5 and folate is 3.1.low levels of zinc(35). My cholesterol levels are as follows Hdl direct: 35 Ldl direct: 104 Triglycerides: 204 Vldl cholesterol: 40.44 Other highlighted results are Cadmium is 2.25 Please suggest me if there is any cause of worry and if do what and who should I consult. I have severe tiredness, mental fog, heart beats are really low and sometimes high palpitations and feel like I am being choked.

Hope you got your thyroid profile checked Show the report. Reduce your weight madam your HS-crp will also go back to normal . Change your life style. Avoid spicy and oily food. Drink plenty of water Start some physical exercises on a regular basis. You have to reduce your weight . If you won't reduce your weight then you will suffer. As I have no idea about your medical history so wont be able to comment more
