Repetitive horrible thoughts

My mind gets repetitive horrible thoughts for 24 hours such as: my penis will hit my study table,inserting of needles in the tip of my penis,tearing the whole penis etc.etcI try to stop these thoughts but unable to do it ,infact these thoughts arise more in my mind and I feels depressed.Please help me to recognize which disease I am facing?
