Recurrent mouth ulcer can be because of two reasons: 1. Poor gut immunity 2. Vitamin B12 deficiency You must start eating a healthy diet. Avoid outside food. Avoid oily food, spicy food, alcohol and smoking. Add probiotic like curd in your daily meals. Get a blood test done to check vitamin levels. Tab Pan 40 every morning for 3 weeks If there is B12 deficiency, depending on your levels, you will either need injections or oral treatment. Please consult after your reports.

You should describe the location of ulcers in the mouth. These are on margin of the tongue, side walls of mouth (buccal mucosa), inside lower or upper lip, roundish or linear snakish etc. These are multiple at a time or just single ulcer. Then only something can be said about causation and things to be done to get rid of them.

Mouth ulcers are developing due to a different reason then. Consult and share pictures of the lesion. Give detailed history of the recent past.
