Related to vitamins and calcium

My lab reports shows vitamin b12 as 294 pg/ml and vitamin d as 25.64 ng/ml, serum calcium 8.1 mg /dl and serum uric acid as 7 mg/dl. From past one month I am experiencing pains and muscle spasms in my legs and sometimes in back and hands.

You can take Cap calcigen for Vit D3  and Tab Shelcal for calcium supplimentation. Rest reports are normal. No worry.

You can take TAb Micro D3 60000 IU once daily for 2 months !! Can take TAb calcium 500 mg OD daily !! Any b complex multivitamin daily will Also help ..

Your Vit B 12 is normal. Your Vit D 3 is low and Serum Calcium is borderline. Uric acid level is normal. You should take Tab Calcium (1200 mg) with Vit D3, Magnesium and Zinc. One tablet daily.

It's normal... hydrate yourself well with water and ors. These symptoms are common during summer because of dehydration.
