Is it bad for the Hormonal health of a person with PCOS to have the following sleep routine: *Bed time at night: 11pm Waking up time: 4:30 am 2nd sleep at:  Afternoon 2:30/3pm to 5pm (Biphasal sleep) Is this okay?
