Does turbinate hypertrophy can be cause of this  problem ? 👇👇👇 I have no backpain or any other specific problem, but for last one year i can not fall in sleeping when i am on back side in bed, So what can be a reason? I mean i fall only in sleeping when i am on right or Left side in bed. but i can not sleep on back side.

Go to ent doctor and he will do endoscopy Only possible if hypertrophy is complty blocking nostril Due to air inhale and exhale hypertrophy occur And some time gross deviated septum otherside hypertrophy occue

Yes Turbinate Hypertrophy can cause such. Hypertrophy base of tongue is also a cause of such issue.
