Regular back pain

I am facing back pain problem since last 6 month. I visited two orthopedic for treatment but no better result found. In two times x-rey no abnormal found . I still facing same problem. So kindly advise me for this promble.

Take stretching and strengthening  of back muscles,  and consult  physiotherapist.

Tk physiotherapy treatment. Do stretching exercises. Avoid long standing, sitting. Avoid toward bending lifting weights

Kindly go for physiotherapy sessions... I think there is a muscular problem along your spinal area so for that you can go for a new technique known as dry needling.. it's a intra muscular technique done only to reduce a muacular pain... this will help you.. take care and get well soon

Visit nearest physiotherapy centre so they will resolve your problem. Your core muscle are they need strength training under guidance .

Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.

Stretch your hamstring, gluteus muscles, piriformis and quadratus lumborum and hip flexor that might help and if problem still persists see a physio.

Back  pain  has n number of origins. ..Always  won't be the problem from  vertebral bones  or Disc's in between. ..Majority of times  pain  may  come  from  surrounding  soft tissues  and  muscles which are mechanical in origin. .please see a  physical therapist. .to cure your pain ..

Hi, you can take second opinion from orthopedics or an good physio, need a proper examine, bcoz if its minor problem it goes by own within a 10-15 day, so take consultation ASAP,  tc and stay healthy...
