Normal T3 T4 and raised TSH level is known as subclinical hypothyroidism. If you have symptoms related to hypothyroidism, planning for the pregnancy and TSH level above 10 are indications for starting thyroxine. Periodical monitoring TSH and free T4 levels is necessary.
