Hello doc I m taking vitamin d with milk for 8 weeks as my D level s oly 9.. would like to know whether I can take this in the milk with protein pdr which I take daily

For hypovitaminosis D, I would suggest : 1. Injection Arachitol(6 Lacs units) stat intramuscularly. 2. Cap Dsol 60k weekly once for 8 weeks. 3. Cold liver oil capsules once daily(non veg) Check vitamin D levels  after 1month. You can take Cap Evion (vit E) along for 1 month.
