Unlikely to cause calcification if calcium levels are normal and no symptoms. Vitamin D toxicity is rare and occurs with very high daily doses.Don’t worry. Stop weekly doses now Switch to maintenance dose after consultation Check Serum calcium + Vitamin D after 6–8 weeks Vitamin K2 is not mandatory

Your intake does not suggest toxicity. No evidence you caused arterial calcification. Normal calcium = reassurance.

NOTHING TO WORRY HERE. Vitamin D toxicity is extremely rare and will not occur if you take 60000 once a week for few weeks. Also there is no risk of calcification , as vitamin D mainly just absorbs Ca from the intestine , but there are other payers involved in deciding wjat to do with that calcium. Namely phosphorus and hormone PTH.
Next Steps
Do not worry and try not take any further supplemts without consultation
