There are multifold challenges that you are facing. Sorting out the issues with your spouse and channelising the child's behaviour will be your top priority. Once these are resolved and you build a good bonding with your spouse; in-laws issue can be sorted out if your husband makes up his mind.
In this context, suggesting you to go for a family counselling along with your husband. Put all efforts to bridge the gap as you both separating will have very bad impact on your child's future. Don't tune your mind for permanent separation or divorce unless the situation is that bad and not livable together.
