Regarding pregnancy

I am 14 week pregnant.Doctor suggested me for Dual Marker test and NT Scan.My NT Scan is normal but in dual marker test T 21 show intermediate risk range is 1;439 .What to do .Is this serious please suggest.

Please do nothing at present. Wait for another 4 weeks. Get your Quad Screening test done. If the result is ambiguous then you should go for amniocentesis and chromosomal studies. Dual, Triple and Quadruple Marker are all screening tests . None of these tests will give you 100% (or even 95%) assurance. For further information you may consult with me.
