Regarding PPI along with Metformin
Why doctor prescribes PPI along with Istamet 50/500 and Geminor M1? I do not have any gastric issues.

It's used to decrease b12 so add becosule z no need of ppi.

No need for PPI with istamet and Geminor , instead take B12 vitamins , since Metformin reduces absorption of your dietary vitamins ?you cam develop B12 deficiency.
LONG INTAKE OF PPIs increases the bone fracture risk.
