Regarding Pain in legs/lower back

Why mild pain occurs in legs/lower back while we are taking rest or sleeping and it goes away if we stretch our limbs ? Why does not it occur while we are active ?

Due to accumulation of pain Producing substance known as substance p and bradykinin It is usually due to decreased clearance of the substances which accumulate during decreased blood supply to the muscles During stretching of muscles there is increased blood supply resulting in increased clearance of substances resulting in decrease in the symptoms that you are facing.
