Regarding low hemoglobin in pregnancy

Dear doctor It's now more than 9th week of twin pregnancy after transferring 2 embryo using IVF treatment. I have done some tests and iam Little surprised that my hemoglobin is 9.6 . So do I have to worry about that bcoz iam just taking a good multivitamin name as Antenatal. Pls guide doctor iam Little worried Regards

Eat green leafy vegetables, roasted chana, jaggery. Right now you can't be started on iron tabs. Also, since IVF concieved pregnancy, please for all doubts consult your gynec. It is important to stick to one and believe in your doctor.
