Hlo, mam or sir Plz guide me regarding juice for maintaining a healthy heart and blood pressure and losing weight Which juice is beneficial for maintaining healthy blood pressure and heart ❤️ which can we consumed on a daily basis for making many beneficial health benefits 1 .beetroot carrot mix juice . 2 pomegranate juice 3. Mosambi juice 4 .tomato juice 5 lauki juice . Which juice can we consume on a daily basis. Without adding salt and sugar Which juice contains more vitamins c labels.. Which are beneficial for heart ❤️ health . Plz tell me some benift of eating boiled vegetables and food for maintaining weight loss

Hi It's always better to eat fruits rather than drink juice as it has more fiber which is good for your health. So try to eat fruits and you can have vegetable juice. You can have carrot beetroot juice and add awla to it for increasing vitamin C. Bottle guard juice is also good to lower your cholesterol levels. Can add pudina, 1amla while juicing. So you can keep changing say after few days. Keep checking your other parameters on regular basis. Thanks

As far as fruits is concerned try to have them as whole instead of juices for good nutritional value. Vegetables juices you can keep alternating. Beetroot juice specially beneficial for blood pressure.
