liver tests etc.pls try to maintain a healthy lifestyle routine like a healthy balanced diet with 30-40mins of exercise 6 days in a week,stress management by either doing yoga or meditation for minimum of 20mins in evening time, adequate water intake approx 9f 3 ltrs including other liquid food items like low fat or tonned milk,clear home made soups,plain lemon water in early morning or 1hr after lunch or dinner time,sleeping should be early by 11pm .all these things should be done then only u can attain a sustainable result.
