Morning empty stomach i take boil water with honey lemon plz guide me last 1 months ago I came from abroad Kuwait 🇰🇼 on my vicattion my weight was 110 kg im 6fet 2 inch tall guy after running 2 time zyming 2 times I lost my weight Now I'm 92 kg ...everyday completing 15000 steps and everyday continuesly in morning im running 35 min without taking any break is it ok to run continuesly 30 min and then I go my zym and spend 50 min in zym breakfast I take half bowl fruits with all difrent fruits and than I take oatmeal with toned milk. Then I take dab pani water plz tell me after how many times I gap of drinking dab pani water. I can have my green tea
