Regarding echo

In this echo my pulse rate is 125-135 bpm does there is no grade 1 diastolic dysfunction does due to high pulse rate it has not detected whether grade 1 diastolic function is present or not

Your 2D echo report is normal. Echo doesn't specify your heart rate, but ECG does. Echo can only tell u whether ur heart is beating fast or slow. In the report u have provided, doesn't have diastolic dysfunction, though mild Tricuspid regurgitation is specified .
