Regarding echo

If resting echo is normal means no blockage in heart and means there is no 60-100 percent blocage in heart

Normal echo indicates normal  heart function,  but a coronary angiography will show blocks.

Echo never tells you heart blockage It only tells you 1. Pumping power of heart 2. Structural defect 3. Blood flow in and out of heart 4. Any previous attack causing wall damage or less movement of wall

A blockage in cardiac vessels can not be directly known from echo. Angiography is the only method for that

Hello Sir, A normal resting echo usually shows that the heart’s pumping function and structure are fine, but it does not completely rule out artery blockages. Significant blockages (60–100%) are better detected by TMT, CT angiography, or angiogram, if your doctor suspects them. If more questions are in your mind, you can contact me on WhatsApp at nine one one nine two five five six nine nine for free consultation.
