Regarding cholesterol and heart

I have my recent report stating my cholesterol level I am doing heavy workout 5 days a week Taking caffeine 200 mg , having whey protein and multivitamins 4 whole eggs , bread toast , peanut butter Eating home made food like rice , daal ,veg (4-5 times in small quantity)including chicken 2 times a week Addition 2 cup of tea Also home made fast food like pizza ,burger Cause now I am facing problem I recently purchased fish oil I am taking it from last 2 days Can I still workout , and what to quit in meals I don't know what to quit immediately from my food

Hello. You have started implementing few things which is good like fish oil and exercise. Priority is to have high fibre meals with healthy fat in limit . Fibre helps in controlling cholesterol and losing weight, as a fibre rich meals makes us feel full. Be careful while increasing it as initially you may feel bloated. Limit food rich in cholesterol like- 1. full cream milk and it’s products, prefer low fat milk and products 2. Red meat, saturated fat like margarine, egg yolk, skin of chicken, organs like liver. 3. Highly processed food, junk food 4. Extra sugar You need to bring few changes not for a month or two but for long, as once you start eating unhealthy meals you will see dyslipidemia again. Nothing in extreme is required, not even exercise. It will take few to see the progress. Regards

Avoid doing strenuous exercises ...weight lifting avoid , Also in food avoid egg yolks,peanut butter, refined flour completely so no bread, pizza , burger, cheese, also eat only lean chicken ,fish and no mutton...limit sugar .Include fruit and raw veggies like salad in your diet.
