I had a c section on 9th December and I am fine now but sometimes I have pain pulling and itching in the scar area. I touched the scar by hand and my left side scar was a little uneven (swelling) than the right side area. And the area is light pink. Is it normal or an infection??

This sounds like normal scar healing. Mild pain, itching, and slight swelling can occur. Keep the area clean and dry.

We  need to examine the scar  to tell  you regarding further opinion. Some pulling pain is normaltill 6months but the pink colour and the swelling are not

This sounds like normal healing after a C-section. Mild pulling pain, itching, slight uneven swelling, and a light pink color are common as the scar heals. Itching usually means the nerves and skin are repairing. One side can feel slightly more swollen due to internal stitches. However, watch for signs of infection such as: • Increasing redness or warmth • Pus or foul-smelling discharge • Fever • Severe or worsening pain
