Regarding calf muscle pain

Hello, I have already posted the querry. I am a home maker and usually I tend to stand for around 3-4 hours daily + 2hr of walk + 30-40min of standing sitting work out. I could not reply to the querry on the existing link hence posting the same here. Also after getting hit by a wooden furniture on the pain area it is tingling from calf muscle to the toes of my leg. Thanks
