Regarding Bodybuilding supplements

Hello My name is Gaurav. I had thyroidectomy due to cancer detected last year and gone thru radioiodine therapy twice in last one year. I am regularly going to gym and doing intense training and taking bodybuilding supplements like whey protein, Bcaa, l arginine, l carnitine etc. I would like to take an advise on above that I can taken them all above regularly. Please advise Gaurav

No,  As u have already cancer history Take natural resources of proteins For what u taking for body building or for maitaing good health Good health you can achieve naturally by having balance diet n with gym

Hello, Taking any kind of medication or pills or supplements is not advisable. It can have long term side effects. Take protein rich food post workout. I personally do not suggest any supplement.
