Regarding anxiety symptoms

I have been facing some problems since last 2 years. When I go to outside for any work my heart beat moves fast. I feel my heart will be stop. I feel restless mostly of the time. When I think about my health my heart beat moves fast. I feel fear mostly of the time. I have done BP test, blood sugar test,CBC test, FENO test and PFT test. All reports came normal but it's problem continue. When I think about go to outside my heart beat moves fast and I feel SOB and my wind pipe will be closed. when I am busy doing other works it's fine but when think something this problem continue.
