My AMH level is 1.25 trying to conceive. Doctor told me your amh value is decreasing get IUI or IVF done.So my question is what is the best time to get accurate results of amh? And Is there any other option available other than IUI and IVF? Plz help me..

AMH levels remain the same throughout the menstrual cycle. Repeat the test on day 2 of cycle with serum FSH and LH test. Better to go for ultrasound for antral follicle count. If AFC is low then best option will be IVF
