Corneal thickness of 390microns is on a very lower side. First we need to see the corneal mapping ant and post.i.e PENTACAM. LASIK seems not appropriate but u can go for PHAKIC IOLS After discussing with ur doctor.

Hi, 390 seems quite thin for a normal cornea. May be you can check with a repeat test , if there are any underlining conditions also .. But yes..lasik may not be apt... Better to see a cornea specialist...can evaluate and give options . Complex thing to advise with this minimum information.

That's a thin Cornea. LASIK is not possible. If she is motivated enough then can opt for Phakic IOL. But first she needs to fit in the perfect patient pre-operative criterias. Meet any Refractive surgeon nearby for pre-operative work up. (Just for additional information , it comprises of cycloplegic refraction, pupillometry, applanation tonometry, ultrasound anterior chamber depth measurement, corneal topography, pachymetry, central endothelial cell count and a fundus examination).
