Hello! You can take a balance diet along with exercise. It might help you to achieve your goal easily n without any side effects. Take small meals. 5-6 meals a day. Stay away from deep fried foods, farsan, carbonated drinks, preserved foods, ready to eat foods, sweets,excess cheese or butter etc. Take fresh fruit and vegetables and good carbohydrates like whole wheat, millets, brown rice etc.good quality protein etc. In your regular meal.And consult a dietician for personalized diet plan.
