Hi, its great that you have already started with daily walks. But have you visited a physician yet to understand why is your BP count high all the time? If not, then you should visit a doctor soon. Secondly, along with your walk you need to practice meditation or yoga as they help you relax when you feel stressed out. And lastly, if you are a person who gets stressed out easily over smallest of the issues then you should visit a counselor who can listen to you, understand you and provide better coping strategies.
