I'm taking chawanprash, triphala ghrita, ND Amla juice.. No problem at all wth this medicines... Bt long back ND still I'm irritated with belly fat.. Cn u tell me diet plan.. Im a sports person... Till the end of April I want to loose belly fat.. I have cricket matches.. So it's compulsory to reduce fat Totally confused wth my diet what to eat I'm pure vegetarian nt even eggs.. I'm very hungry boy.. Tell me the detailly diet plan.. Frm mrng to nght.. Including tht medicine 👆 👆 👆.. Because diet should not effect my medicines... Ty plz.. I msgd number of times to this topic.. Bt not at all a good reply s Cmng to me... Plzz Plzz reply..

hi for diet plan u can consult with dietitian they help u according your bmi just i wanna ask to u for exercise . if u are not involving in any kind of physical exercise then start now otherwise difficult to reduce bally fat, normally u can start your day with 2 glass water or nimbu pani, strictly avoid tea, alcohol ,junk food, spicy salty item,morning walk or exercise , satisfactory breakfast with daliya fruits n milk, lunch included with green vegetables ,daal and roti,light dinner before 7 pm (half of your stomach) and at bed time a glass of milk with triphala pwd. 1 tsp follow it and give feedback to me if u like
