Red rash in both leg

Hi, My wife have red spot/rash in both leg. We visited skin doctor, they told something like some leakage in blood coming out from vein and asked to take blood test and prescribed to take some alergic tablet and asked to apply some lotion in leg.  We continued ask per suggetion and red rash somewhat reduced. After a week we went to see the doctor with blood report. They said report is normal and they prescribed to take tablets for 3 week's. But my wife whenever do any activity like walking the red rash coming out again, they feel heavy pain in the leg joints, ankles, vomitting, stomach pain, dry mouth.. They not able to walk and they feel pain while stand. We also went to see general physican. They also suggested to continue tablets as per skin doctor prescription. But no one telling actual root cause of this problem We worrying why it is happening like this? Can someone help me on this. Is this chicken pox? Or any other
