I have some red patches on tongue which disappears within some days and again reappears after some days and gets cured naturally.it creates a sensation like there is a small hope on the tongue otherwise there's no problem.
I am a bit worried about it

Red patches on the tongur is due to so many causes,,
**Geographic tongue
**Vit B 12 deficiency or folate deficiency
**Apthous ulcers
**oral thrush
**Fungal infection
complete clinical examination is necessary to rule out the cause and management
