Take tab cetrizine 5mg one morning and one evening, tab monteleukast 10mg one daily in evening. Apply betamethasone ointment twice daily for a week. Get cbc done and share results.

Health Tips
Avoid Scratching: Scratching can worsen the inflammation and potentially lead to secondary skin infections. Cool Compresses: Applying a cool, damp cloth to the active red patches can help soothe the intense itch. Identify Potential Triggers: Keep a brief log of when these patches appear. Note any new foods, medications, skin products, tight clothing, changes in ambient temperature, or stressful events that happened just before the flare-up. Wear Loose Clothing: Friction or pressure from tight garments can sometimes provoke or worsen hives.
