Hi I have a red patch on the tongue for the past two days and I don't have any itching or burning sensation. I have attached an photo for your reference kindly please do let me know what it is thanks..

Hello , did u noticed it for d first time ?? Was such lesion noticed before also and then it disappeared  and came back ?? As its asymptomatic no treatment but keep a minute observation for its position  wheter it appears at another place in future .

This is called geographic tongue. This is non significant desquamation of tongue mucosa. The location of this keeps changing on the surface of tongue.
