Upon review these were the findings - C/c- patient comlains of red colour discoloration on the tongue Patient noticed its recent appearance Elaborately these are to be done for - Do not find any alarming cause. looks like dietary deficiency, insult from diet intake such as hot or spicy food Provisional diagnosis - Inflammation with red patch on the tongue of recent origin with no cause or history provided from the patient Differential diagnosis - Dietary deficiency of riboflavin. Hot or spicy food intake causing this insult injury to soft tissue tongu dorsum Diagnostic tests - please report to nearby clinic if of concern. selfhealing otherwise Treatment advise for - Dietary advise, riboflavin? supplement, nutrition, avoid taking hot or spicy foods Prognosis - good
