I do agree with Dr. Bobby, that it is certainly not a fungal infection, as it normally occurs on moist body folds, in hot humid climate. Also the lesion does not look like Tinea corporis

Hi it looks like you are having fungal infeaction. It  commonly presents as Ringworm,  jock itch, Athlete’s foot Caused by a microscopic  fungi that mainly affects skin, nails and rarely hair.
