Red gums and tooth ache

My daughter having red gums and she complaining of tooth ache is it due to brushing any medication for it

May be your daughter milk teeth would fall soon... Till then you can give her salt lukewarm gargling ... And we need an x-ray too for confirmation about the problem... You can get a anaesthetic surface gel Dologel and apply it on the gum surface... Hope she will be fine with it .. Thank you...
