You may be having fungal infection on anus. Take tab cetrizine 5mg one morning and one evening for 7 days. Apply betnovate c ointment,  2 times daily for 2 weeks and then consult online.

Albendazole gives relief but recurrence is common if hygiene measures are not strictly followed. Advices • Repeat Albendazole 400 mg after 2 weeks (very important) • All family members should take treatment together • Keep nails short • Wash hands before meals and after toilet • Change undergarments daily • Wash bedding in hot water • Avoid scratching Night itching happens because worms lay eggs at night.
