My 2 year old son is getting fever often. Last one month this is third time he got fever. Initially 20 days back  viral fever with rashes for 5 days  which was treated with just paracetamol and then after that he was OK... Again after a week he got fever again and this time he complained of ear pain and with a dose of antibiotics he was OK in 2-3 days... Now again after a week he has temperature 102 with no other symptoms... Wat is the cause... Shud we do any test..for the last one or two months he is not eating anything and has become very thin

Try to visit ur family pediatrician. Viral fevers are rampant now and to prevent this take all necessary measures from mosquito bites. It's better that u consult good pediatrician nearby and get investigated as u are saying he is not eating anything and became thin.
Next Steps
Malnutrition-infection- is never ending cycle. Take necessary dietary advice if ur child is under weight. try to know the root cause why he is having fever maybe play school if he is going or under weight or anaemia or something else. and take adequate treatment.
Health Tips
These days climate is changing and continuous rains adding to that we should be careful to protect our children.
