Recovery from covid 19

I was diagnosed with covid 19 on 5 Jan and was discharged on 12 Jan from isolation but my fever remained between 98.4 to 99.4 degree, highest in the evening,when I get some cold weather,mild cough comes,I have done CRP,XRAY chest PA,D dimer on 13 Jan ,all came normal.My bp at 5 jan was 140/90 , medication for that montrol 50 was given that I am continuing,I feel dizziness and weaknesses while walking

Your symptoms may be due to post Covid fatigue. Keep yourself adequately hydrated. Check your blood pressure twice daily and also when you feel dizzy. Kindly share your blood pressure readings and hospital test reports for evaluation.
