Hello, weight loss should be a slow and a steady process in a healthy way. Firstly, ensure you add 45-60 mins of exercise to your routine. Next, decide to quit all packaged/processed foods, junk, fried and non nutritious foods. Thirdly, ensure you are beginning to snack on Fruits, vegs and nuts only. Fourth, cut down your main course like rice or roti by 50% and replace the rest with a lot of vegetables and some pulses everyday. Include protein rich food in your meals after exercise. Also include 5 nuts and 1tsp flax seed powder in your food. Overall, a balanced Nourishment will help the body regain it's health and thereby will make you lose fat.
Next Steps
Put down a routine considering all of the above and start tracking your progress every 3 days. Also drink at least 3 liters water daily.
Health Tips
Ensure you are also getting 6-7 hours of sleep daily and avoid any form of stress. All the best!!👍
