Receeding and bleeding gum

In my central incisors i have been seeing a receeding gum line. Currently I'm using sensodyne and using very soft gentle brush from Colgate. Also, I'm facing bleeding gum issue for a quite long now. Kindly acknowledge. Thanks

Hello May be u have gingivitis.so use gum paint on it and maintain oral hygiene
