For 1) Urinary bladder- is well distended and smooth in outline. No calculus or intrinsic bladder pathology is seen Uterus-  uterus is normal in size. Cervix appears normal. Uterus size 65*40*36 mm. Secretory endometrium is seen & thickness measures 10mm. Ovaries- both ovaries are bulky in size and show tiny peripheral follicles with increase echogenicity of ovarian Stroma.
