First of all, if root canal performed teeth was painless for minimum 6 months, and u get pain later, that infection can be solved with normal antibiotics course. No need for re root canal. Take these tablets Acecloplus Mox 250 DT Flagyl 400 All 3 , twice a day,  for 5 days.
Next Steps
if still pain is there in that teeth, it will give problem ,even after re root canal.. in that case, it's better go with teeth removal. ,
