It's important to address this issue as soon as possible. Here are some steps you can take: Communication with your dentist: Reach out to your dentist again and explain the persistent pain you are experiencing. Request a follow-up appointment to discuss your concerns in detail. It's important to have open and clear communication with your dentist to ensure your concerns are addressed. Seek a second opinion: If you feel that your current dentist is not providing satisfactory answers or solutions, it may be beneficial to seek a second opinion from another qualified dentist. They can evaluate your case independently and provide you with their professional opinion. Pain management: In the meantime, you can try over-the-counter pain relievers, following the recommended dosage, to alleviate the pain. It's important to consult with a pharmacist or your healthcare provider before taking any medication, especially if you have any underlying medical conditions or are currently taking other medications. Maintain good oral hygiene: Proper oral hygiene is crucial during this time. Brush your teeth gently twice a day with a soft-bristled toothbrush, floss daily, and rinse with a warm saltwater solution to help keep the area clean and reduce any inflammation. Consider seeking a specialist: If the pain and discomfort persist or worsen, you may want to consider consulting an endodontist, who specializes in root canal treatments. They have advanced training and expertise in managing complex cases and may be better equipped to address your concerns.

If the tooth pains only while chewing and is otherwise symptomless , you can probably get it reduced a little bit so that the tooth gets out of occlusion and the healing happens faster. Actually, it is difficult to comment on your case without any X-ray . Visit a dentist to get a proper diagnosis with a clinical examination to rule out any tooth fracture as well as an X-ray of the treated tooth.
Next Steps
Visit a dentist . Get Xray and clinical examination done to rule out any tooth fractures. If the RC filling is adequate, maybe the tooth needs to be out of occlusion for some time to promote healing. If the tooth needs re treatment, please go for it.
Health Tips
You can get your mouthguard altered to your size . Alternatively, get a customized mouthguard to eliminate pressure on gums .Habitual prolonged clenching may lead to TMJ problems. So, do not ignore.

Pain should not be there after 1 month of RCT(as in your case). Do visit a local dentist/Endodontist for physical evaluation, x ray and treatment.
