My 1 month old baby has redness and pimples on his entire face and back since a week. Please have a look at attached photo. Please suggest reasons and remedies for this.

Facial lesions appear to be neonatal acne, need no treatment. Rash over forehead / brows could be seborrhoea, take opinion of your Doctor on your next vaccination visit
